Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with ALVINA CREATION. We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

The saree must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
The original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
A valid order number or proof of purchase must be provided.
The product should not have any stains, perfume smell, makeup marks, alterations, or other signs of use.

2. Saree-Specific Return Conditions

For sarees, returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition.

Please check the saree carefully before removing any attached tags or altering, stitching, fall/pico, or otherwise modifying the product.

Customized, altered, stitched, fall/pico, or personalized sarees are not eligible for return, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Minor variations in color, print, embroidery, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of certain products. Such variations may not qualify as a defect.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number
Clear photographs/videos of the product
Photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, return, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Returns are generally not accepted for:

Used, worn, washed, or damaged products
Products with removed or damaged tags
Customized or personalized sarees
Altered or stitched sarees
Sarees with fall/pico or other modifications
Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
Products returned without the original packaging
Products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page

5. Return Process

To request a return, contact us using the details below within the applicable return period.

Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs/videos of the product.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return shipment.

Do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from us.

6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, wherever applicable.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

7. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide appropriate assistance with the return shipping.

For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

8. Exchange

Exchange requests may be considered for eligible products, subject to product availability.

Products must meet the same return conditions mentioned above.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the order will be subject to our return policy after delivery.

10. Refund for Failed or Cancelled Orders

If payment has been successfully received but the order is cancelled by us due to product availability or another reason, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
